LECTURERS & GUESTS


Bendyk Edwin – a journalist and writer. Published two books: "Zatruta studnia. Rzecz o władzy i wolności" (W.A.B. 2002) and "Antymatrix. Człowiek w labiryncie sieci" (W.A.B. 2004). Cooperates with science department of weekly "Polityka" and publishes in other magazines: "Computerworld", "ResPublika Nowa", "Krytyka Polityczna" and "Przegląd Polityczny". A lecturer at the Centre of Social Sciences of the Polish Academy of Science and Collegium Civitas. Collegium Civitas, editor in weekly "Polityka"

 

Chapsal Julien – Magnum Photos Agency representative


Drabik Marek – an expert in marketing and media advertising, a journalist. He graduated from Film Studies, but his real hobby is the art of communication. During his professional career he created and developed media in Poland (Radio Zet, Clear Channel, TVP S.A., Polkomtel). Last 5 years he devoted to new media development, at first in Internet he created international promotional service for Polish Television TVP S.A., then he was a manager in Plus GSM. Lately, he has been implementing advertising in mobile area for Polkomtel operator. Member of the Board of Supervisors in Mobile MArketing Association.


Kowalczyk Marek – a photographer at newspapers "Tygodnik Solidarność" and "Express Wieczorny"; since 2001 cooperates with "Newsweek Polska" as a head of photo department; laureate of Polish Press Photography contests. He intensively promotes new forms of presenting photography, e.g. fotokast. During the opening of "Newsreportaż 2008" contest exhibition he announced fotokast as a new category in the contest organized by Newsweek Polska.


Krzakiewicz Przemysław – photographer, co-founder of The Visavis.pl Photographers' Collective, initiator of the "fotokasty" project.


Mogilewski Grzeorz – founder of interactive agency "Max Weber". Expert in marketing communication. In 2004 awarded with Gold Lion at Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. His works had received recognition at numerous festivals in New York, Toronto, Barcelona and Rotterdam. In 2006 a member of jury at Cannes Lions. In 2009 he merged Max Weber agency with Y&R group.


Pomykalski Jacek – a photographer and photo editor. Graduated from Oriental philology at the Jagiellonian University. For years has been devoted to photography; participant in individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Cooperates with Beatrice Brunner Gallery in Berne. Since 2006 he has been occupied with introducing first fotokasts at Onet.pl web portal. At present he creates department of photo-reports in Onet.pl.

 

Szklarek Jacek – Ph.D on Social Sciences, media theorist, graduated from Catholic University of Lublin and Istituto delle Scienze della Communizatione in Rome. Together with Eryk McLuhan, Marshall McLuhan's son, he published the book entitled "The medium and the light". Cooperates with McLuhan Center In Culture and Technology New York University and Cambridge University. In Poland he cooperates with Jagiellonian University and The Poznan School of Social Sciences.
